Native App vs. Browser: Which Is Right for You
Our pulito native app (Android APK) offers offline caching, so you can view your account balance and recent bets even without an internet connection. Push notifications alert you to live-game updates, cashback offers, and withdrawal confirmations. The app loads faster than the browser on slower connections and uses less data overall. However, the app requires storage space and periodic updates.
The browser and web-app experience requires no installation and works on any device with a modern browser. You always have the latest version without manual updates. The trade-off is that browser sessions may be slower on very old devices and do not support offline features. For most users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang, the browser experience is sufficient and offers maximum flexibility.
Device Compatibility and Requirements
We at pulito support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. The app works on most mid-range and flagship devices from the past five years. For iOS, we recommend iOS 12 or later; our web experience works on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Minimum screen size is 4 inches; we optimise for phones between 4.5 and 6.5 inches. Tablets (7 inches and larger) display our interface in a wider layout with additional information panels.
Your device should have at least 100 MB of free storage for the Android app and a stable internet connection (3G or better). We do not require special permissions beyond standard app installation and camera access (for identity verification during KYC).
Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues
If you see a warning about "Unknown sources" on Android, go to Settings > Security and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources" for your browser. This allows you to install the APK file from our website. The warning is normal and does not indicate a security risk; we sign our APK with a valid certificate. If installation fails, clear your browser cache and try again. For iOS, if you cannot add pulito to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that you have enough storage space.
If the app crashes on launch, restart your device and check that you have the latest Android or iOS version installed. If the problem persists, uninstall the app, clear your device cache, and reinstall. Our support team can help if you encounter persistent errors; contact us via email, live chat, or phone with your device model and the error message you see.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
We at pulito encrypt all data transmitted between your device and our servers using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Your login credentials are never stored on your device in plain text. When you log in, we issue a session token that expires after a period of inactivity; you will be asked to log in again for security. Your account balance, betting history, and personal information are stored securely on our servers and synced to your device only when you are logged in.
The pulito app requests permission to access your camera (for identity verification during KYC), your device storage (to cache app data), and your internet connection. We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files. If you revoke any permission, the app will ask you to grant it again when you need that feature. You can review and manage app permissions in your device settings at any time. For account security, enable two-factor authentication in your pulito account settings and use a strong, unique password.
